Joel Matthews

Bio

Coach Matthews is entering his 6th year coaching and is coming from Rockwall ISD. He has spent the last 3 years coaching at Utley Middle School in Rockwall, and 2 years before that at both Brown Middle School and North Forney High School in Forney ISD. Coach Matthews is originally from Fulton, Missouri where he was a 4 year letterman in baseball and a 3 year letterman in football. He earned All-District and All Conference honors twice in baseball. He went on to play junior college baseball and graduated from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri with a Bachelors of Arts.
