Damon Tenison

Bio

Coach Tenison is entering his 13th year coaching and his 2nd year at Royse City High School. As a defensive starter, Coach Tenison won 2 state championships at the 6A level for Jenks High School in Oklahoma. He went on to play college football at Northeastern State University. After his playing career, he became a Graduate Assistant for NSU before moving to Texas. Coach Tenison was on the High School coaching staff at Highland Park when they won the 5A state championship in 2016 and 2017. He graduated in 2018 with his Masters in Education Administration from Lamar University. Coach Tenison also has Varsity Defensive Coordinator experience at the 4A level.
